Located at level 5 of Westfield Parramatta. Decent collection of hard drinks across a wide range. Reasonable prices on most products. Better get your own bag if you plan for a number of bottled items.

(4/11/2023) around 11:45 experienced rude costumer service, did not even acknowledged and smile back replied anything we tried to communicate with. Please change this behaviour as it upset someone seeing your pathetic behaviour.

Worst Customer Service, Poor Judgement Of Secondary supply and Racism with Employee Preety. Worst Customer Service: No Greeting or Politeness. No Habit of Listening Poor Judgement: Me, my brother and My wife finished grocery at Woolies. My brother standing outside in westfield, me and my wife tried entering BWS. Preety asked for ID and we were showing our ID but she wanted ID from my brother who was outside not in the premises waiting for us. Being just a company with us wasn’t going to be secondary supply and He wasn’t even coming with us. Racism: Asking for reason to be not allowed to enter, she mentioned rudely that only international people have no ideas of rules and they start asking questions, Australians never do. I think its fair to ask questions

Why your opening hours say open till 10pm on Friday evening? Its only one store around and i walk all the way up to top floor of shopping mall just to see you closed at 9pm!!!! Insane! Change your opening hours here at least!!!!

Good BWS, the female staff there is amazing. I forgot my Woolworths reward card once and she was happy to punch in the number, where in so many other woolies or BWS, staff don't seem to like it.
